Yoga and Breathing

Yoga Sessions

The yoga sessions aim to restore our awareness and promote physical, cognitive, and emotional flexibility.

Each individual has their key focus areas, and the challenge is to stimulate proprioception and interoception to restore greater self-awareness and physical, cognitive, and emotional control.

The practice is guided in the styles of Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Hatha, and Yin Yoga, and is suitable for all experience levels.

Sessions last approximately 1 hour, either individually or with a pre-organised group.

They can be held outdoors, at our facilities, or at the client’s location.

 

Breathing Training

By practicing conscious breathing techniques, individuals experience a significant reduction in stress, increased energy, improved concentration, and emotional regulation.

Incorporating breathing techniques into daily routines can be a differentiating factor in achieving and maintaining exceptional performance in various areas.

Classes last approximately 1 hour, either individually or in groups. They can be held outdoors, at our facilities, or at the client’s location.
