The foundation of our work combines the cognitive-behavioral approach (CBT) with the Mindfulness, Acceptance, and Commitment (MAC) approach. We define a holistic and flexible intervention that addresses cognitive, behavioral, and emotional aspects.
By integrating techniques from both approaches, we promote cognitive updating as well as the acceptance of internal experiences, enhancing resilience, self-awareness, greater self-regulation, and improved decision-making.
The sports and performance psychology consultation primarily aims to prepare individuals to achieve excellence in various domains or areas of activity, from sports to corporate or artistic contexts. Sessions of follow-up and specific work are conducted.
